Librarian
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* In-charge of multimedia assets monitoring and administration
* Handles the administration and implementation of the Multi-media Asset Management System
* Previews / Catalogs all existing materials in the library
* Performs classification of content/materials
* Assigns new codes to all existing materials
* Encodes all new data / changes to Multi-media database
* Performs generation of metadata of all materials as per MAMS requirement
* Generates Daily Operation Logs
* Prepares all the materials / tapes needed for airing
* Prepares a checklist of all materials to be ingested by TOC for the scheduled week
* Coordinates with Traffic / TOC regarding airing schedules / changes in schedules
* Ensures that all materials for playback are properly turned over
* Creates an inventory/list of all existing materials in the library
* Checks on the supplies inventory / requirements of the department
* Requests Production Group for dubbing of airing materials for TOC
* Requests Production Group for dubbing of materials needed by other clients

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Library Science, Mass Communications or equivalent
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
* Experience in Broadcast operations
* Knowledge in Etere Automation System / ITS is an advantage
* 1 contract position available
