Responsibilities:

* Manage and administer the selection and acquisition of books, journals, reading materials and circulars.

* Ensure efficient inventory of journals, reading materials and circulations.

* Ensure academic excellence in the use of library, particularly in providing recent useful information and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to learning.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Library & Information Science or equivalent and a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Computer proficient (MS Office Applications, use of internet, e-learning).

* Knowledge of integrated library systems, OCLC, LCSH, MARC Records and current technologies are an advantage.

* With some experience in legal research.

* Good interpersonal skills and a team player.

* Can work well under pressure and perform multiple tasks.

* With 1 year proven knowledge in school/college library management.

* Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Cruz,Manila.

* Preferably 1-4 Yrs of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* 2 Full-Time positions available.
