Description:

We seek an energetic qualified person with excellent inter-personal skills to oversee a library serving 850 elementary students. Work with two assistants to help teachers meet the learning needs of students within the Primary Years Programme of the International Baccalaureate Organization.. The school uses Follett Destiny software. We want a creative individual who works with teachers to place the library/media center at the heart of the curriculum. The librarian will work closely with the librarians of the Middle and High Schools and the K-12 Curriculum Coordinator to guide research.

AIS Kuwait is an IBO World School. It is a co-educational day school serving nationals and ex-patriots. The 167 staff members are mostly North American. We actively recruit families with children.. The staff is a mixture of singles and couples of all ages.
