LIBRARY MEDIA CENTER SUPERVISOR
(National Capital Reg - Quezon City)

Responsibilities:

* Plan and administer the unit’s media program.
* Plan and implement media program policies on proper administration and maintenance of software and hardware collection and services.
* Formulate the school’s media selection policy with faculty and staff
* Supervise the acquisition, use and maintenance of the LMC resources
* Help develop training programs for teachers in the evaluation, selection, and optimal use of materials.
* Prepare, propose and justify budget requests for the LMC.
* Oversee the implementation of the Media Instruction Program.
* Conduct in-service workshops and seminars for staff and faculty
* Evaluate LMC Programs
* Supervise the annual inventory of print and non-print materials and equipment
* Keep faculty and students abreast with new acquisitions in all subject areas.
* Develop handbooks and/or modules for students and teachers on library use and operation.
* Prepare work and time schedulees of staff.
* Enforce LMC rules and policies
* Endorse invitations for approval to workshops, seminars and other training for librarians and staff for professional growth and development.
* Perform other tasks that may be assigned to him or her.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Library Science or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Education or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
