The Philippine Council for Health Research and Development is looking for a programmer who will maintain the ICT based components of the HERDIN NeoN System such as programming, bug-fixing and system enhancement of the research, expert, and institution bases.

Required Qualifications:
- Professional Programmer that has the required skills, experience, and knowledge in the programming work
- Expert in PHP, SQL, Java, Ajax programming languages and tools
- Expert in MySQL database
- Expert in Joomla Content Management System, its code, and APIs
