MUSEUM SERVICES ASSOCIATE - EDUCATION
Dept/Division : Ayala Museum
Location : Ayala Museum
The Museum Services Associate - Education position reports to the Manager - Education and shall assist the Manager in developing, conceptualizing and implementing the education programs of the Museum. Specifically, job holder shall perform the following tasks:

o Conduct research and studies for appropriate educational materials and/components for the various exhibitions presented in-house and for the traveling exhibition/s
o Assist in ensuring proper scheduling of the primary and supplementary educational programs of the Museum
o Assist in the proper implementation and development of approved course outlines
o Assist in contacting credible facilitators and speakers for the different educational programs
o Oversee administrative tasks such as request for check preparations and other Ayala Foundation required documents
o Prepare text and design promotional materials for the different educational programs, in close collaboration with the Graphic Designer
o Coordinate with Marketing personnel in the promotion and dissemination of these programs, and exploration of sustainable target market
o Develop and maintain print collaterals for the permanent, special/changing, and traveling exhibitions (e.g. exhibition guide, activity sheets for students of all levels, etc.)
o Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Selection Criteria:

o College graduate of Education/Communication/Art /History
o Knowledgeable in Philippine Art and History
o Above average oral and written communication skills
o Above average customer relations skills
o Experience in preparing lesson plans, activity sheets based on DepEd Curriculum from pre-school to high school level and other educational materials is an advantage
o Has integrity
o Systematic and organized
o Creative, diligent, and pro-active

MUSEUM SERVICES ASSOCIATE - COMMUNICATION
Dept/Division : Ayala Museum
Location : Ayala Museum
The Museum Services Associate - Communication position reports to the Manager - Marketing. Specifically, job holder shall perform the following tasks:

o Prepare communication collaterals for museum services such as, but not limited to, writing of press releases for news papers and magazines, brochures, on-line flyers, etc.)
o Dissemination of collaterals to target market
o Administrate and maintain the museum website
o Establish database and up-to-date mailing list information
o Preparation of collaterals for Education Department
o Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Selection Criteria:

o College graduate of Education/Communication/Art /History
o Knowledgeable in Philippine Art and History
o Above average oral and written communication skills
o Above average customer relations skills
o Experience in preparing lesson plans, activity sheets based on DepEd Curriculum from pre-school to high school level and other educational materials is an advantage

MUSEUM SERVICES ASSISTANT - TOURS
Dept/Division : Ayala Museum
Location : Ayala Museum
The Museum Services Assistant - Tours position reports to the Manager - Business Operations and shall educate the visitors about the collection of the Museum and at the same time impart a sense of Philippine history and culture. Specifically, job holder shall perform the following tasks:

o Man the counter during operating hours
o Book and conduct tours
o Answer inquiries and assist guests

Selection Criteria:

o College graduate of with a degree in History or Arts
o Customer service oriented
o Has integrity
o Systematic and organized
