We have an URGENT NEED TO HIRE A PROJECT DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT for our head office located in Ortigas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of the Children’s Library satellites in Imus and Novaliches
• Institutionalize marketing strategies
• Monitor and control operational expenses and ensure that expenditures are well within approved budget
• Initiate and implement education and special programs and projects
• Strengthen publicity and promotions, conduct information dissemination and prepare and distribute press releases, and cultivate media relationship.
• Develop fundraising activities
• Handle human resources functions such as employee welfare benefits administration, hiring, employee regularization and promotions and terminations

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in Management/ Business Administration major in Marketing
2. 1 year work experience
3. Experience in Project Management is a plus
4. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and computer/IT skills.
5. Can work with very minimal supervision.
6. Team player, flexible, highly motivated, highly organized, willing to be trained and loves children.
7. Male or female and must be 22-30 years of age.
