Proposal Submission Deadline: March 31, 2007

SUBMISSION INFORMATION

We started this project in 2006 and to date, with a first call, have received around 100 articles for the publication. These will be peer reviewed in February 2007. We are at the stage of a second call for inviting more article submissions for the publication. Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit a proposal (about 800 - 1,000 words) by March 31, 2007. Please include the following:

* Name, affiliation and contact information
* Co-author names and affiliations
* Objective, coverage and contribution of the proposed article
* Any relevant additional information you would like to provide.

All proposals will be peer-reviewed. You will be notified about the status of your proposal by April 30, 2007. Upon acceptance of your proposal, you will be sent guidelines for preparation of the full article (2,000 - 2,500 words), along with 7-10 related terms and their appropriate definitions. Full articles are due by June 30, 2007. Notification of acceptance of full article will be by August 31, 2007, with revised final article due by September 30, 2007.

The Encyclopedia is scheduled for publication by Information Science Reference (formerly Idea Group Reference), an imprint of Idea Group Inc., http://www.idea-group-ref.com/, in 2008.
