* Bachelors Degree holder in Library Science, Computer Science, or
Computer Engg.

* Good oral and written communication skills with pleasing
personality

Powerpoint, MS Outlook, MS Access; MS Frontpage

* Willing to be trained; can work with minimum supervision; can
meet and exceed what is expected of him/her
